FCC ID: Q9DAPIN0204205 Regarding Class III Permissive Change Application There are no hardware changes implemented on the device, only via Aruba Networks controlled Software will this device be updated enabling the U- NII-2 DFS Band once conformity is found in accordance to the New DFS Guidelines. The host software version covered in the original grant was ArubaOS 6.4.1.0, all subsequent software versions such as 6.5.0.0 will be covered by this grant. Details on how ArubaOS implement and control security in order to prevent specifying/changing radio parameters that would violate FCC Grant are unchanged from the Security Description for SDR application document provided in the original certification. The device security features are also the same for these DFS bands as the other U-NII bands and the exhibits related to the device security in the original grant are also valid for this C3PC.
