Question #1: The user manual indicates the user needs to keep 20cm separation distance from the
device, which is not necessary as the device is for portable use, and the power is far below the
low threshold on TCB exclusion list. You may want to modify the user manual.
Ans: statement of keeping 20cm away from antenna to human body is for basestation not for barcode scanner.

Question #2: This is a bluetooth device, the test report shows average dwell time measured in DH1
mode only. Please clarify whether the device supports DH3 and DH5 mode as well. If so, please
provide additional test data for DH3 and DH5.
Ans: (1)As the product software design is not supported to DH3 and DH5 packets,so we measuremented and chosen DH1 for the
final test.
     (2)Please find the attached for customer's Statement of Compliance letter which declared comply with Bluetooth specification
and certificate program.
