s grantee code for purpose of marketing. The original grant to Atheros Communications Inc. will
remain in effect.

An authorization letter by Atheros Communications Inc. is attached.

   2. The original grant date is September 11, 2002
   3. The equipment is electrically identical. Only the model name, trade name, and FCC ID number
      are different.
