SUBJECT: Class II Permissive Change FCC ID: PWO460004

We are requesting a Class II Permissive change for our Model 460004 Signal Booster
to be filed with the FCC.

Changes to the subject include additional antenna kits. No electrical, software or other
changes were made. These changes will be in effect for all units, including those
previously produced.
