REGENERATOR
Check to make sure contents are complete: 1. Crash Zone RC Regenerator SUV, 1
Controller, AA battery adaptor. (Inside battery compartment.)

Crash Zones. (Label as on pkg.)
Wheels, battery compartment, Bumper.
Controller: Antenna, forward/reverse, right/left, regenerate.

Regenerator Storage.
The Crash Force *Regenerator RC should be stored indoors in the box and foam tray
after each use.
Installing the Batteries. Vehicle
Crash Force *MRegenerator "YRC is designed to work with standard RC 6V NiMH
batteries and chargers, sold separately. If you do not have a 6V battery and charger,
Crash Force *Regenerator "YRC can operate with 5AAA batteries.
To install the 6V battery, rotate the battery door locks to the sides of the door as shown.
Place the battery in the compartment making sure to follow the correct + and — polarity
markings.
To install AA batteries, place them in the battery tray according to the + and —— markings.
Place the tray into the battery compartment.
Replace the battery door and turn the door locks over the battery door as shown.

Installing the controller batteries. Controller.
Using a Philips screwdriver, remove the battery door. Place 9V battery inside according
to the + and — markings.
Replace battery door.
When driving Regenerator * the most dramatic crashes are caused by head on
collisions at full speed. It can take as many as 4 hits to fully crumple Regenerator *Yor
few as one if the speed is fast enough.
You can drive Regenerator *Mn the crashed state, full function. When you press the
Regeneration button, the car will return to a new state. Regenerator *~can reform from
a standing or moving position.
Regenerator *Ms designed with break away doars, roof and rear section. If you crash
Regenerator *from certain angles you can break off these parts. To replace, simply
snap them back in as shown.


‘Each break—away part has a cone shaped snap attached that fits securely into a
 corresponding hole on the vehicle.
 Safety information.
 Always turn Regenerator*~ off before attempting to pick it up. Never touch the vehicle
 during while it is regenerating or moving. Do not place the controller on the ground
 with the buttons facing down. This could case accidental starts or erroneous responses.
 Batteries.
 Crash Force *Regenerator requires:
 1 9IV battery for the controller, sold separately.
 1 6V rechargeable NiMH battery and charger
 or
 SAA batteries for vehicle, sold separately.
 Important battery information:
 Battery installation should be performed by an adult. Use only batteries recommended
 on this package and the instruction sheet. Be careful to install batteries with the correct
 polarity as indicated.
     * Do not mix new and old batteries.
         Do not mix alkaline, standard, rechargeable or different types of batteries.
         Battery installation should be performed by an adult.
         Non—rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
         Rechargeable batteries are to be removed from the toy before being charged.
         Rechargeable batteries are only to be charged under adult supervision.
         Only batteries of the same or equivalent type as recommended are to be used.
         Batteries are to be inserted with the correct polarity.
         Exhausted batteries are to be removed from the toy.
         The supply terminals are not to be short circuited.

    0 Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.
    C Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different from that to which the
       receiver is needed.
