According to 1.1307 (b)(1), systems operating under the provisions of this section
shall be operated in a manner that ensure that the public is not exposed to radio
frequency energy level in excess of the Commission’s guideline.

2. Measurement Result:

Band I (5180~5240MHz)
This is a portable device and the max peak output power (EIRP) is 5.89dBm,
which is equal to 3.411 mW, Lower that low threshold (60/f GHz) mW
= 11.53 mW (f=5.2GHz), d <20 cm general population category.

Band IV (5745~5825MHz)
This is a portable device and the max peak output power (EIRP) is 6.97dBm,
which is equal to 4.37 mW, Lower that low threshold (60/f GHz) mW
= 10.34 mW (f=5.8GHz), d <20 cm general population category.

The SAR/MPE measurement is not necessary.
