The major change filed under this application is: • The subject approved module is being used in a specific host (portable category configuration, brand name/model: see test report). • Power reduction per tune-up procedure in order to comply with SAR requirements. • Channels 12 and 13 are disabled via software for this module/host configuration. Also please note the following with respect to this application; • Device was tested in accordance with the new U-NII rule adopted under Docket No. 13-49, per C2PC grant dated 10/19/2015. • SAR testing is performed to confirm compliance; • Software security is identical to the original application.
