Date: 2016-05-26 FCC ID: PPD-CUS227 Declaration Letter To whom it may concern: We, Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. declare that all RF parameters in the U-NII-1/U-NII-2A/U-NII- 2C band will remain no change and it will continue to comply with the new NII rule and retest is not necessary. This is due to the factor that new rule has same test procedure and it allows higher output power and PSD. Accordingly, the product comply with the old rule will automatically comply with the new rule if no any RF parameter got changed.
