Date: June 28, 2016 SUBJECT: FCC Class II Permissive Change We, Qualcomm Atheros, Inc. hereby declare that the intention of this Class II Permissive Change is to add a host: Industrial Computer (Model: N02PC/ Brand: Dell) to the certified module which was originally granted on 11/16/2015 under FCC ID: PPD-AR5B22. The module mentioned above has been approved and it is electronically and mechanically identical to the original instructions and requirements except that the stable voltage will be supplied by the above-mentioned hosts with its own power supply regulator. Therefore, we, Qualcomm Atheros, Inc., take the responsibility to ensure each module complied with all requirements after integration in the host.
