Thisis to certfythat the requirements of 47 CFR Part90.203(}(4) and (6) spectrum effciency are met
by the TYT ELECTRONICS CO., LTD as demonstrated by the tests conducted on the sample redio
provided. The tests show that the 4FBK data rate is in accordancevwith ETSI TS 102 361—1, that is
9600 bits per second in a 12.6 kHz bandwidh to satisly the data rate requirement of 4800 bits per
second per 6.26 kHz of channel bandwidth (ZKE0FXD emissions). Addfonally the Digital Portable
Rado uses the AMBE+2 half—rate vocoder to compress 60 ms of normal bursts are sent in altemate 30
ms TDMA slots and so comply wih the equivalence of one voice channel per 6.25 kHz bandwidth
(7KBOFXW emission}. Aditionall the redio also meets the requirement of one voice channel per
128kHz of channel bandwidth for analogue speech (11kOF8E ermission}.
