IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. All the safety and operating instructions should be read before the product is
   operated.
2. The safety and operating instructions should be retained for future reference.
3. All warnings on the product and in the operating instructions should be adhered to.
4. All operating and use instructions should be followed.
5. Unplug this products from the wall outlet before cleaning. Do not use liquid
   cleaners or aerosol cleaners. Use a damp cloth for the cleaning.
6. Do not use attachments not recommended by the products manufacturer if they
   may cause hazards.
7. Do not use this product near water – for example, near a bath tub, wash bowl,
   kitchen sink, or laundry tub, in a wet basement, or near a swimming pool; and the
   like.
8. Any mounting of the product should follow the manufacturer’s instructions, and


    should use a mounting accessory recommended by the manufacturer.
9. This product should be operated only from the type of power source indicated on
    the marking label. If you are not sure of the type or power supply to your home,
    consult your product dealer or local power company. For products intended to
    operate form battery power, or other sources, refer to the operating instruction.
10. Power supply cord should be routed so that they are not likely to be walked on or
    pinched by items placed upon or against them, paying particular attention to cords
    at plugs, or other sources, refer to the operating instructions.
11. For added protection for this product during a lightning storm, or it is left
    unattended and unused for long periods of time, unplug it from the wall outlet and
    disconnect the antenna or cable system. This will prevent damage to the product
    due to lightning and power-line surges.
12. Never push objects of any kind into this product through openings as they may
    touch dangerous voltage points or short-out parts that could result in a fire or
    electronic shock. Never spill liquid of any of any kind on the product.
13. Do not overload wall outlets, extension cords, or integral convenience receptacles
    as this can result in a risk of fire or electric shock.
14. Unplug this product from the wall outlet and refer servicing to qualified service
    personnel under the following conditions.
    -When the power-supply cord or plug is damaged.
    -If liquid have been spilled, or objects have fallen into the products
    -If the product does not operate normally by following the operating instructions,
    adjust only those controls that are covered by the operating instructions as an
    improper adjustment of other controls may result in damage and will often require
    extensive work by a qualified technician to restore this product to its normal
    operation.
    -If the products has been dropped or damaged in any way.
    -When the product exhibits a distinct change in performance – this indicates a
    need for service.
15. When replacement parts are required, be sure the service technician has used
    replacement parts specified by the manufacturer or that have the same
    characteristics as the original part. Unauthorized substitutions may result in fire,
    electric shock, or other hazards.
16. Upon completion of any service or repair to this product, ask the service
    technician to perform safety checks to determine that the product is in proper
    operating condition.
17. The product should be situated away from heat sources such as radiators, heat
    registers, stoves, or other products including amplifiers that produce heat.

1. Introduction
  1.1. Overview
  The Wireless Surveillance System with infrared illumination is just as your 24hrs
  baby sitter, home/camp guard and company monitoring. The rechargeable battery
  can let the camera working without power adaptor.

2.   Check Package before Use
     2.1. One unit of Wireless Camera
             The Wireless Camera emits Audio and Video signals over 2.4GHz radio
             frequency carrier.



     2.2. One unit of Rechargeable Battery
            The battery provides power to the Wireless Camera when you don’t use the
            attached power adaptor.



           Note: *Caution & Warranty of Battery:
                   1. Reverse charging is not acceptable.
                   2. Charge before use, although the batteries are delivered in a
                      charged state.
                   3. Do not charge / discharge with more than the specified current.
                   4. Do not short circuit the battery. Permanent damage to the battery
                      may result.
                   5. Do not incinerate or mutilate the battery.
                   6. Do not solder directly to the battery.
                   7. The life expectancy may be reduced if the battery is subjected to
                      adverse conditions like: extreme temperature, deep cycling,
                      excessive overcharge / over discharge.
                   8. Store the battery in a cool dry place.
                   9. For storage of batteries over one year. In order to prevent the


             degrading the function of cells, batteries should be at least charged
             and discharged once within one year.
           10. Keep away from children. If swallowed, contact a physician at
           once.
           11.    One year limited warranty against workmanship and material
            defects.
2.3. One unit of Receiver
      The Receiver receives 2.4GHz wireless Audio and Video signals from the
      Wireless Camera.




2.4. Two units of power Adaptors
      Two power adaptors supply +9V(300mA) DC power to the Wireless Camera
      and the Receiver.



2.5. One unit of Mounting Bracket
      The mounting bracket is used to bolster up the Wireless Camera.




2.6. One unit of RCA/SCART Cable
      The RCA cable is used to connect the Receiver to your A/V displays.




      A/V displays: computer monitor (converted card required), powered
      speakers, TV monitor etc.
2.7. One unit of USB Cable (Optional)
      The USB cable connects the Receiver to computer and changes the analog
      signal to digital USB signal.




2.8. One unit of Disk/CD for USB Driver (Optional)
      This disk/CD includes the USB driver. Please refer to the attached USB
      Cable manual.


          Note: If any accessories listed above are missing, please contact the sales
          representative where you purchase the Wireless Surveillance System.

14. How to Connect
  4.1. Wireless Camera
     4.1.1. Plug the Wireless Camera into the power outlet with attached adaptor
               or load the charged battery.




     4.1.2. Combine the Wireless Camera and the mounting bracket.




     4.1.3. Fasten the mounting bracket on the wall or ceiling




  4.2. Receiver
     4.2.1. Connect the Receiver to the TV with Audio/Video cable, or connect the
            Receiver to your computer with RCA cable and USB cable. (Please
            insert the attached disk into floppy and install the USB driver before
            connecting the Receiver to your computer.)




     4.2.2. Plug the Receiver into the power outlet with attached adaptor.


5.     Operations
     -Turn on the power of Wireless Camera, Receiver and A/V display.
     -The power indication LED on Wireless Camera will light up.
     -Change the Wireless Camera / Receiver to the same channel.
     -Wireless Surveillance System watch wherever you want day and night


     Note: *Gaze at IR LED closely for a long time results in uncomfortable eyes.
           *The operation temperature is from 0℃ ~ 60℃.


6.     Trouble Shooting
     Please read this user’s manual carefully before using the Wireless Surveillance
     System. If you still have difficulties to use the Wireless Surveillance System
     consult the following syndrome, which will guide you to solve most common
     problems.

     6.1. No picture or Sound
         -Check the DC adaptor rightly connected.
         -Power ON/OFF switch is in right position.
         -Check the battery is loaded and charged when you don’t plug the DC
           adaptor.
         -Check all the cables well and rightly connected.

     6.2. Unclear picture
         -When you cycle the lens for focus, you can’t touch the lens and plastic cover
           from dirtying.
         -Wipe the lens with lens cloth.
         -Please circle right the lens. If the picture is not clearer, circle left the lens then
           it can focus rightly.

     6.3. Interference in the Image and Sound
         -Move your Wireless Camera or Receiver slowly to find a best reception
         position.
         -Shorten the distance between your Wireless Camera and Receiver.


         -Check if there is any interference radio frequency source near your Receiver
         source such as microwave oven.
