Gentlemen:

On behalf of Ericsson Microelectronics AB herewith is an application for multiple list of
an identical equipment. Ericsson Microelectronics AB has assumed control and
responsibility for a previously certified module and wishes to have the grant reflect this
change. Further, some minor revisions to the PCB boards have occurred. Revision
information is provided as part of the filing. These changes are associated with circuit
sections related to emissions and do not affect timing, hopping system characteristics,
processing gain or other non-related functions of the module. Although the changes were
minor, in an abundance of caution, a new measurement report for fundamental and
spurious emissions was obtained. This measurement report continues to show
compliance.
