1. The tune-up procedure is password protected so changes can not be made, the
    document can be opened as "Read Only". If this is not acceptable, a .pdf version can be
    provided.
2. There are two label exhibits provided. One is the label location which shows the location
    of the label on the device. The other is the actual label, which shows the label clearly.
3. A new Request for confidentiality has been uploaded. Please include the tune-up
    procedure as confidential. Please remove the block diagram from the submission as per
    section 2.1033(c) it is not required.
4. Per CFR 47, 2.1033(c), a parts list is not required.
5. The test report indicates a measured value of 38dBm, the MPE calculations were
    performed using the measured 38dBm value. The Operational Description indicates a
    maximum of 39dBm at the RFM (RF Module). If you refer to the diagram at the top of
    page 2, you will note where the RFM is located. The maximum power output at the RFS
    is 38dBm.
6. 2.1091(d)(2) indicates that source-based time averaging may be used based on an
    inherent property or duty-cycle of a device. This device uses TDD technology and
    therefore is allowed to use source-based time averaging, which is 50% or 75% for this
    device.
