Engineering and Testing for EMC and Safety Compliance September 7, 2001 American TCB FCC ID: PJ6-5075TX-F-15 Dear Mr. Graff, Rhein Tech Laboratories, Inc. has made a mistake on the original submission of FCC ID: PJ6-5075TX-F-15, which, was transferred onto the grant. The frequency range 902-914 MHz we placed on the 731 form was incorrect. It should have been 902-928 MHz. If you look in the test data that was originally submitted you would find that the frequency rang of 902-928 MHz was tested. We understand that in order to correct this mistake, we would have to apply for a Class II Permissive Change. However, a new report is not necessary for a typographical error.
