Gentlemen:

The attached documentation is provided in support of a formal submission to your organization for
a Limited Modular approval of an intentional unlicensed transmitter. On behalf of our client, Aegis
Labs has included an application for a Grant of Equipment Authorization pursuant to Subpart C of
part 15 of FCC Rules (47 CFR) regarding intentional radiators. The data within the test report
demonstrates the equipment was tested in a manner described under Part 2 and 15 of the Code of
Federal Regulations.

This is a Class B Computing Device Peripheral approval of the Intel® Centrino® Ultimate-N 6300
(MN: 633ANHMW, FCC ID: PD9633ANHU), which is a WLAN adapter (802.11a, 802.11b,
802.11g, and 802.11n). It was tested installed in an extender board connected to the host laptop’s
PCI-E slot with a set of Shanghai Universe Communication Electron Co.,Ltd. Antennas
continuously transmitting form Chain A, B, and C antenna ports.
