American TCB 6731 Whittier Avenue, Suite C110 McLean, VA. 22101 To whom it may concern: The enclosed documents constitute a formal submittal and application for Equipment Authorization for modular approval for a composite device pursuant to the following rules: Subpart B of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47) – JBP Subpart C of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47) – 15.247 (DTS) Subpart E of Part 15 of FCC Rules (CFR 47) – NII The device is a module meeting all of the requirements for modular approval. Two versions of the product are being submitted under two different IDs. This application is for a full single modular approval with installation by the OEM or system integrator – FCC ID PD962205ANH and Industry Canada certification number 1000M-62205ANH, model number 62205ANHMW. Elliott Laboratories, as duly authorized agent prepared this submittal. A copy of the letter of our appointment as agent is included with the application.
