This is to request a Class II permissive change for module approval FCC
ID: PD911000D2, originally granted on 1/29/2016.

The major changes filed under this application is:

      Change #1: This change is to request approval for portable category
      conditions for specific host tablet PC, model number: Lenovo TP00082A,
      with WiGig (60GHz) antenna array Intel part no. 100412RRFW. RF exposure
      evaluation was performed according to §2.1093 with respect to power density
      limits. Test reports included with this filing to support RF exposure compliance
      includes 1) Numerical Simulation report, 3) Operational Description exhibit
      which contains confidential information supporting the Numerical Simulation
      report, and 3) Power Density Measurement & Correlation report. PAG is
      required and requested for this permissive change application.
