          The average power of unwanted emissions shall be attenuated below the average output power,
          P(dBW), of the transmitter, as specified below:

          25 dB in any 4 kHz band, the centre frequency of which is offset from the channel frequency by
          more than 50%, up to and including 100% of the authorised bandwidth;
          35 dB in any 4 kHz band, the centre frequency of which is offset from the channel frequency by
          more than 100%, up to and including 250% of the authorised bandwidth;
          43 + 10 Log p (watts) in any 4 kHz band, the centre frequency of which is offset from the channel
          frequency by more than 250% of the authorised bandwidth.
