RE: FCC ID: PANBT0330_ATCB001569
Attention: Ellis Wu / Stephanie Hung
I have a few comments on this Application. Please note that further comments may arise in response
to answers provided to the questions below.
1. Please note that the manual states that this device is to have a 20 cm separation distance. Please
note that as this is a USB dongle, this is not possible. Also, as the power of this device is 2mw or
less, a separation distance is not required. Please correct the manual by removing the separation
distance statement and providing a proper rf exposure statement (i.e. the only statement
necessary for this device is the first statement; the 20 cm statement and the no collocation
statement are not required for this device).
2. Please note that from the internal photos it appears that modifications and/or ‘EMI fixes’ have been
made to the device for compliance reasons. Please verify that the copper shielding apparently
installed during testing will be implemented in the final product. If the copper shielding is part of the
original deice, please verify this and please verify that this will be implemented in the final product.
