This letter is a follow-on to address this issue. The FCC ID under which the form 159 will be filed is: P8CXS-950S-I (formerly, FCC ID: GB8XS-950S-I) Confirmation # EA131665 The form 159 filed under P8CXS-950S-I will also cover the application filing fee for the following two products: P8CXS-950 (formerly, FCC ID: GB8XS-950) Confirmation # EA494152 P8CRT-950 (formerly, FCC ID: GB8RT-950) Confirmation # EA456904 All three products are covered under product code EFT so that the total filing fee cost is $495.00. As such the previously submitted letter of May 22, 2002 remains the signed Request for Change in Equipment Identification Numbers.
