On 12 September 2012 a response from ACSS was submitted (or attempted to be submitted) via the FCC web site that Mr. Leimer supplied in his email correspondence. Upon checking the site recently, it appears that the information either has not been reviewed yet, was not received via the site, or an error in the submittal was made. As the 60 days appears to be closing in, this is a second attempt to submit the confidentiality request for the submitted documentation. It is believed that the following pages contain all of the documentation that was submitted with the application and the Form 731. All of the documentation that confidentiality has been requested for contain what ACSS considers proprietary data for the design of our T3CAS product. If additional information is required for or there are additional questions on any of the documentation that confidentiality has been requested for please contact me by one of the methods indicated below.
