Requirements
1.1. MATERIAL

For Part Numbers 9005009-501, use Brady Material: White Polyester (B-483) adhesive backed or
equivalent.

1.2. BACKGROUND

1.2.1. POLYESTER MATERIAL

For all Part Numbers; use White Polyester.

1.3. CHARACTERS AND LINES

1.3.1. BLACK, THERMAL PRINTED

1.4. LABEL CONSTRUCTION

For all Part Numbers; the label is constructed of computer generated/computer printed adhesive
backed white polyester.

1.5. DIMENSIONAL UNITS AND TOLERANCES

Unless otherwise specified, all Dimensions are in Inches and Tolerances apply to all places
Decimal ±0.02.

1.6. TECHNICAL STANDARD ORDER (TSO) MARKING REQUIREMENTS

For correct TSO categories, refer to the applicable TSO and System Requirements Specification
(SRS) documentation.

1.7. ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

For Environmental Categories, refer to the following documents:
• 8008205-001, Revision - T3CAS Environmental Qualification Test Results.
• 8008470-001, Revision - T3CAS Qual Test Result for Transmitter CCA Update

As additional Environmental Qualification efforts are performed on the T3CAS Product Line,
ensure that all corresponding Qualification Test Report (QTR) documentation is added to this
document.

When revising this document, review the above listed documentation and verify that no additional
revision changes have occurred and that no additional QTR documentation has been generated. If
this occurs, review and update all affected label/drawing documentation as required.
