I have a few comments on this Application. Depending on your responses, kindly understand there
may be additional comments.

1.) The FCC Logo has been removed from the label. Shall I assume that you wish for an
additional Certification as a Class B peripheral?
2.) I do not find any additional data to address “Time of Occupancy”. Bluetooth transmitters
typically have three different dwell time settings. Please provide dwell time data for all
          operational modes (pages 25-26).
3.) I do not find any additional block diagram exhibit. Please see Rule 2.1033(b)(5). What I want is
a complete block diagram associated with how the BC43B143A Bluetooth solution creates an
RF signal, modulates and amplifies before passing to the antenna.
4.) There appears to be a mis-labeled document (attached). I am missing a Confidentiality
Request letter signed by Joe Yang. Please provide.
