Smartbrief Quick Guide
 1. Grab a new Smartbrief, fold over the front
                  - Fold about 2” of the front edge outwards
                  - Makes sure black lines are straight
                  - Tabbed end goes on resident’s back side




 2. If the transmitter was not in use, wake it up by
    attaching it to the new brief *
                   - Align the transmitter lines with brief lines
                   - Hold tightly until the light flashes to wake it up
                   - No need to lock the latch
                   - Take the transmitter off afterwards

                        * Skip this step if you are changing the brief

 3. Put the brief on the resident & attach the transmitter
                   - Align the transmitter lines with brief lines
                   - Hold tightly until the light flashes once
                   - Push the latch down all the way to lock it
                   - Double-check the alignment



 4. Confirm “Dry” status on the dashboard.
