In particular, the following sections of the application and report are requested to be kept confidential: Operational Description Schematic Block Diagram Internal photographs Justification for keeping internal photographs confidential This product is not sold to the general public; it sold only to electric utilities and electric meter manufacturers. Silver Spring Networks has invested considerable time and materials in research and development to produce the referenced product. Disclosure of the confidential portions of this application to competitors would give them unfair competitive advantages in developing similar products.
