The referenced product is a 900MHz FHSS gas meter radio module for which modular approval is sought. In particular, the following sections of the application and report are requested to be kept confidential: Operational Description Schematic Block Diagram Silver Spring Networks has invested considerable time and materials in research and development to produce the referenced product. Disclosure of the confidential portions of this application to competitors would give them unfair competitive advantages in developing similar products.
