Re: Confirmation (EA96365), FCC ID (OUKVSLZ9931)

In submitting the 731 on behalf of our client, Phoenix Technologies, I inadvertently
entered it as VSLZ9931. It should read -VSLZ9931.

The mistake is that there should be a hyphen between the Grantee Code and FCC ID
(OUK-VSLZ9931).

The Labelling information we have submitted shows this in the correct version and as the
client requested.
