HFS 301-WS Operation Description RF signals are picked up by the internal loop 170 mm loop antenna on the pc board. These signals are fed to the base of the RF amplifier transistor T1 which is connected as a super regenerative receiver. An output detector consisting of R6 and C8 detect the modulation on the RF signals. These demodulated signals are fed to the input of the two stage amplifier IC1. The output of amplifier IC1 is digital signals ready to be fed into any following circuitry as digital inputs. The whole system is battery powered at the UB terminal on the pc board.
