After a review of the submitted information, I have a few comments on the above referenced
Application. Depending on your responses, kindly understand there may be additional comments.

1) A booster/repeater under Part 15 has only been allowed if the device only retransmits information
that it recognizes/decodes first. For instance, does this device re-transmit any information seen in
it’s pass band, or only after it demodulates the information and recognizes it first. Please explain.
2) The limit in table 8.2.2 would seem to be 225 kHz, not 200 kHz. Please review.
3) I believe margin in 8.3.2 is incorrect. Please review.
4) Equal use on the average shows compliance, but this was actually performed to the test sample as
programmed and not necessarily the same as the final unit will operate. From the operational
description, the final unit will take 15 minutes to cycle through all 54 channels, as opposed to what
is presented in the report. Given that 15 minutes / 54 channels is approximately 17 seconds dwell
time between hops, please explain compliance to < 400 msec given the 17 second dwell time.
5) Bandedge appears to only be provided for FHSS. However DTS appears to be a wider emission.
Please provide information showing compliance to bandedge for DTS emissions Mode 2.
6) Please explain compliance to 15.247(g)/(h) for DSS mode (mode 5).
