Dear Mr. Johnson,
please find below the answer of Tadiran Telematics

1. This is how the device works: The transmission always includes 26
frequencies. The amount of data transmitted at each frequency is same
amount, but the data itself at each frequency is different. The device will
only transmit when it will collect sufficient data to fill all 26
frequencies with different information. So there is no situation when the
device stops transmission before completing the whole frequency sequence and
"jumps" to the first channel again.
2. Yes, it is confirmed that when the receiver is being programmed for
single channel receive mode of operation, the transmitter communicating with
it is only transmitting single frequency as well.
3. It is confirmed, that any device receiving transmissions from NTAMMR3 is
meeting the requirements of 15.247(a)1/2.1033(a)(10).

With great respect,
Valeria
