Inquiry:
We would like to know the FCC''s answer to the following labeling issue. Thank You. TCB Comment to
applicant #1: The device appears to be of such size that the FCC 2 part statement of 15.19(a)(3) should be
placed on the label of the device. Please correct. Response from applicant to TCB #1: The device is
encapsulated within a ruggedized enclosure in order to withstand harsh enviornmental operating conditions.
Therefore, there is not more dedicated space to add an additional label. The statement appears clearly at
the beginning of the User Manual. Please review provided photographs as well.

Response:
