SUBJECT: FCC Application for FCC ID: NMSPGO9410

     To Whom It May Concern:

We, HTC Corporation, hereby declare to the LTE device that the MPR settings are
implemented configured into firmware and cannot be disabled by the end user or LTE
carrier network for all channels, bandwidths, and modulations as below rule of table. The
MPR are within 3GPP tolerance, and the device cannot transmit higher power than the
     Tune up procedures.

Modulation Channel bandwidth / Transmission sCPP
, bandwidth configuration [RB] MPR (dB) mor

                                     5 10 Target
                                                                                   (dB)
                                    MHz MHz
                   QPSK >8 > 12 1 s1
                  16 QAM <8 <12 1 s1
                  16 QAM >8 > 12 2 <2

The A—MPR was disabled during SAR testing via system simulator.
For SAR compliance, the output power is reduced when user is close to the Rear Face and
the Top Edge (In Secondary Landscape position), 5dB reduction for Band 4, and 10B _
reduction for Band 17. MPR applied to different RB configurations are disabled here.

     Sincerely yours,
