Subject: FCC Equipment Authorization System
Test reports indicate WCDMA in 800 MHz band, but op. desc. unclear what are all actual
transmit modes and freqs; also form 731 did not request WCDMA 800 MHz line-entry.
Please explain and/or revise where appropriate. If WCDMA 800 is intended, please state
requested form 731 line-entry.

Dear Diane,

The product does not have WCDMA 800MHz. The UMTS800 referenced in the original
OpDes document is a typo and it should be UMTS850. We apologize for the mistake and
a revised OpDes has been uploaded to the filing. Thank you.
