Dear Harris Lai,

I have reviewed the above referenced TCB Certification application and find that the following
items need to be addressed before this review can be completed:

1. The Users Manual documentation shows that this device is approved for use in multiple
countries. Please confirm that this device can only operate in channels 1-11 (2412 -2462MHz) or
provide the means of ensuring that only these frequencies are used in the USA.
Ans: After confirm with client, this device do can only operate in Ch1-11 when used in USA. The
other outside channel would be disable by firmare before importing to USA.

2. The RF test report does not document the version of ANSI C63.4 has been used to show
conformance. Please update the RF test report to document the version of ANSI C63.4 used for
NSA and testing (please update future reports to include this information).
Ans: ANSI C63.4: 2003 has already indicated in page 3 of test report, please check test report again.

3. The SAR report indicates that the Simulating Tissue Parameter Check was performed on May 20,
2005, but the testing was performed on July 5, 2005. Please provide Simulating Tissue
Parameter data performed on the same day as the SAR test.
Ans:Revised as attached file.

Best regards,

Chris Harvey
