FCC ID: NKRIMS2 To whom it may concern, This letter is to declare that the module with FCC ID LHJ-CUW meets the definition of Single Modular Transmitter Subject to Section 15.212 Rules as described by the check-list derived from KDB 996369 D01 Module Equip Auth Guide v02: Modular Approval Requirement Yes No (i) The radio elements must have the radio frequency circuitry shielded. Physical components and tuning capacitor(s) may be located external to the shield, but X must be on the module assembly. (ii) The module must have buffered modulation/data inputs to ensure that the X device will comply with Part 15requirements with any type of input signal. (iii) The module must contain power supply regulation on the module. X (iv) The part 15 antenna requirements need not be met by a licensed device as X long as compliance is maintained with RF exposure limits.. (v) The module must demonstrate compliance in a stand-alone configuration X (vi) The module must be labeled with its permanently affixed FCC ID label, or X use an electronic display. (vii) The module must comply with all specific rules applicable to the transmitter, including all the conditions provided in the integration instructions X by the grantee. (viii) The module must comply with RF exposure requirements. X Based on this information NKRIMS2 meets the criteria for single-modular transmitter.
