American Telecommunications Certification Body Inc. 6731 Whittier Ave, McLean, VA 22101 September 8, 2004 RE: FCC ID: NKRDRUZ Attention: Daphne Liu Supplemental comments based on new manual, new test report and SAR data. I have a few comments on this Application. Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. The manual still states on pages 21 and 32 the country is selectable through the county tab and your response only says that the manufacturer limits US to 2400-2483.5 MHz. The US frequencies are 2412 to 2462 for WLAN. Please explain. 2. The SAR validation test was done on 9/4/04 using probe ES3DV2 Serial number 3023. However testing done on 9/4/04 using probe ET3DV6 Serial number 1763. Please explain why and please perform SAR Device testing using the same probe with which the System Validation was performed.
