Date: July 26, 2019 Declaration We, Wistron NeWeb Corp. hereby declare that the intention of this Application is to use a certified module (FCC ID: NKR-IMG2) in our new product: Home Phone Base (Model: LVPl / Brand: WNC and reuse its original conducted measurement data (we redo the radiated portion due to new external antenna installed). We hereby declare that the module used in this product is identical to the original certification condition without any modification, and that the original test data continues to be applicable to this application. The antenna information is listed as below: LTE Band : 3.2 dBi LTE Band : 3.85 dBi The modules mentioned above have been approved and are electronically and mechanically identical to the original instructions and requirements. Therefore, we, Wistron NeWeb Corp., take the responsibility to ensure each module complied with all requirements after integration in the host and when modules are transmitting simultaneously.
