The type of modulation should be “frequencey modulation” and the emission designator should be “14M4F3E”. Therefore, the Form 731 was submitted with the incorrect emission designator. A revised test report was submitted yesterday (April 11, 2000) with the corrections made. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
