Filed herewith on behalf of Robert Bosch GmbH, Schwieberdingen, Germany is an application for a
field disturbance sensor, FCC ID: NF3ACC-SCU used as a vehicle radar system. This system
operates in the band 76 – 77 GHz and is used to measure the closing rate between two vehicles for the
purpose of warning the driver of the potential for a collision.
