It is used to store the normal and test firmware. 3. SDRAM,U7,U8: It is used 8Mx16 bits ,6ns 4.Power part : there are several regulators are used on the boad. U18,CAT7114 is used to transfer DC12V to DC3V3; U19, CAT7114 are used to transfer DC12V to DC1.5V;U9,U21 AMS1117-ADJ is used to transfer DC3V3 to DC12V.
