As part of the sale, it was mutually agreed to by 3M company & Attenti that these 4 equipment authorizations are to be transferred from 3M‘s control and responsibility directly to Attenti‘s. 3M FCC ID‘s Grant Dates DGF—TSSDX1044VXU 6/11/2014 DGF—TSSDW4014V 1/27/2016 DGF—TSSDW40143 8/24/2016 DGF—TSSDB—830—5 7/1/2016 We as Attenti would like to now transfer these 4 devices and request a change in ID‘s (Grantee Code Change): 3M FCC ID‘s Requested Attenti FCC ID‘s DGF—TSSDX1044VXU to NC3—TSSDX1044VXU DGF—TSSDW4014V to NC3—TSSDW4014V DGF—TSSDW40143 to NC3—TSSDW40143 DGF—TSSDB—830—5 to NC3—TSSDB—830—5 l hereby confirm that there have been no changes made to these 4 devices. I also confirm that these 4 device authorizations are now Attenti‘s responsibility & liability. 3M bears no further role in the maintenance nor accountability of the afore—mentioned device authorizations.
