January 6, 2010 Federal Communications Commission Authorization and Standards Division 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 RE: Class II Permissive Change Application for FCC ID: N7NGOBI2 Dear Sir/Madam: Sierra Wireless, Inc. hereby authorizes Compliance Certification Services to file Class II permissive change applications for FCC ID: N7NGOBI2, originally granted on April 15, 2009. This authorization only covers the Class II permissive change applications for the following changes, and may be revoked at any time by Sierra Wireless, Inc. immediately upon written notice provided by Sierra Wireless, Inc. to Compliance Certification Services. -Collocated with WLAN and Bluetooth radios as documented in FCC ID: EJE-WB0080, EJE-WB0059, EJE-WL0019 and EJE-WL0020. -The CDMA/1xEVDO Rev.0/1xEVDO Rev.A function was disabled through firmware.
