                                     Aircraft Safety
                                     Switch off your AirCard 750 when in an aircraft. The use of
                                     cellular equipment in an aircraft may be dangerous to the
                                     operation of the aircraft, disrupt the cellular network and is
                                     illegal. Failure to observe this instruction may lead to
                                     suspension or denial of cellular telephone services to the
                                     offender, or legal action or both.

                                     Explosive Atmospheres
                                     •   Users are advised not to use the equipment when at a
                                         refuelling point.
                                     •   Users are reminded of the need to observe restrictions on
                                         the use of radio equipment in fuel depots, chemical plants
                                         or where blasting operations are in progress.

                                     Road Safety
                                     Users are advised to use only a fixed, neck slung, or clipped-on
                                     microphone when using the AirCard as a phone while
                                     operating a vehicle, except in an emergency.

                                         AirCard 750 Regulatory Information


                 Non-Ionising Radiations
                 As with other mobile radio transmitting equipment, users are
                 advised that for satisfactory operation of the equipment and
                 for the safety of personnel, it is recommended that no part of
                 the human body be allowed to come too close to the antenna
                 during operation of the equipment.


                 FCC approval (US)
                 Tested to comply with FCC standards
                 FOR HOME OR OFFICE USE.
                 This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules. Operation
                 is subject to the condition that this device does not cause
                 harmful interference.
                 CAUTION When the AirCard 750 is in use, users should
                 maintain a distance of at least 25 mm (1”) between the antenna
                 and the user’s torso, head, or legs. This device has been tested
                 for compliance with FCC RF exposure limits in three typical
                 laptop computers and three PDAs1. This device is only autho-
                 rized to be used in laptop computers or PDAs that are identical
                 or substantially similar to those in the grant application.

                                     If this equipment does cause harmful interference to radio or
                                     television reception, which can be determined by turning the
                                     equipment off and on, the user is encouraged to try to correct
                                     the interference by one or more of the following measures:
                                     •   Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna
                                     •   Increase the separation between the equipment and
                                         receiver
                                     •   Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit different
                                         from that to which the receiver is connected
                                     •   Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician
                                         for help
                                     If you have purchased this product under a United States
                                     Government contract, it shall be subject to restrictions as set
                                     forth in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of Defense Federal Acquisitions
                                     Regulations (DFARs) Section 252.227-7013 for Department of
                                     Defense contracts, and as set forth in Federal Acquisitions
                                     Regulations (FARs) Section 52.227-19 for civilian agency
                                     contracts or any successor regulations. If further government
                                     regulations apply, it is your responsibility to ensure
                                     compliance with such regulations.
