The confidentiality request applies to the following exhibits: 10-0134 – Schematics.pdf 10-0134 – System Block Diagram.pdf 10-0134 – Theory of Operation.pdf The LFTRIND has been developed at considerable effort and expense by Gilbarco Inc.. These items are considered as Trade Secrets and therefore public access to the proprietary material could possibly result in duplication of equipment that could severely damage the company’s business advantage.
