These schematic diagrams should fall within the scope of Section 552(b)(4) as trade secrets, under the provisions of Section 0.457(d), these schematic diagrams should not be routinely available for public inspection. The application contains technical information, which Gilbarco deems to be trade secrets and proprietary.
