                                                  Request for Limited Modular Approval

The Wireless LAN Module (Model: SX—10WAG) is designed by silex technology, Inc.
This modular transmitter will be equipped and used only for host device which can supply regulate power of 3.3V stably and could
be operated with distance of 20cm from human body or head.
The modular transmitter complies the module basic requirement (Item 1 to 8) in FCC Public Notice: Part 15 Unlicensed Modular
Transmitter Approval (DAOQO—1407) [FCC Part 15 Subpart C Section 15.212] and Canada RSS—Gen, Issue 2, 7.1.1 as indicated
below:

                                                     [Module basic requirement]
 (1) Have its own RF shielding:
     This modular transmitter has it own RF shielding. Please refer to the following Photo;

                   RF shielding

 (2) The modular transmitter must have buffered modulation/data inputs:
Data input to this modular transmitter is controlled as not generating excessive data speed and abnormal modulation.

 (3) The modular transmitter must have its own power supply regulation:
The modular transmitter does not have its own power supply, but regulated power of 3.3V is supplied from the host device.

 (4) The modular transmitter must comply with the antenna requirements of Section 15.203, 15.204(c) and 15.407(d):
Particular type of connector is used. So the antenna requirement has been satisfied.

 (5) The modular transmitter must be tested in a stand alone: The test has been performed as a stand alone. Please refer to the test
    report.

 (6) The modular transmitter must be labeled with its own FCC ID/IC Number, and, if the FCC ID/IC Number are not visible when
the module is installed inside another device, then the outside of the device into which the module is installed must also display a
label referring to the enclosed module:
This modular transmitter is complied with this requirement.
Contains FCC ID: N6C—SX10WAG will be indicated on outside of this product.
Contains IC number: 4908B—SX10WAG will be indicated on outside of this product.

 (7) The modular transmitter must comply with any specific rule or operating requirements applicable to the transmitter and
the manufacturer must provide adequate instructions along with the module to explain any such requirements:
The necessary explanation to be complied with this requirement is contained in the manual.
