April 24, 2007 To: Bay Area Compliance Laboratories Corp. 230 Commercial Street Sunnyvale, CA 94085 Dear Sir/Madam Description of Change Letter: New External Antenna A combination of an external antenna adapter and an external antenna has been added into the SX7P-200G dual-band (850/1900MHz) fixed wireless phone as an option for the customer to use the external antenna. This addition doesn’t change anything in the SX7P-200G phone but attaches the external antenna adapter to the RF connector/switch of the phone to redirect the power from the internal antenna to the external antenna. The specified external antenna is a dual-band (824 ~ 894MHz and 1850 ~ 1990MHz), dipole-type with adjustable 0 ~ 90 degree swivel, linear and omni-directional antenna. The gain of the combination of the external adapter and the external antenna is within 3dBi. Please contact me if you have any question.
