Consumer Use Modes Manufacturing & Service Modes Mode of Operation Explanation Frequency of Transmission Forced Transmission eg LF On receipt of a particular LF sequence this Forced transmission allows the interrogation of the sensor in the vehicle x Forced Transmission as required Learn factory or dealership x Off Mode Part is in an off state, No transmissions, No exit by motion, exit by LF Activation or pressure above fixed threshold No transmissions. x Stationary Mode Transmitter enters mode after Service Mode Timeout - Wheel is not rotating - Vehicle is stopped. No transmissions. Enters mode upon exiting Stationary mode. This mode is entered when the vehicle starts moving and motion is x Drive Mode Transmission rate every 60secs detected by the sensor. Transmitter in normal operation - wheel is rotating This mode is interim period of 5 minutes once the sensor has dropped below the minimum roll detection threshold. x Drive Mode (service) Transmission rate every 60secs After the Service Period time has elapsed the TPMS transmitter will exit to STATIONARY Mode If a pressure measurement is different to the previously transmitted pressure by a fixed ammount, the sensor will Pressure Measure Mode transmit the pressure reading. If the part is in Drive Mode or Drive Mode (service) the frequency of pressure Alarm transmission as required sampling will increase until pressure has stabalised
