An electronic unit to be fitted inside a tyre,
y , (referred
( to as an RTPMS transmitter))
mounted to the valve stem, periodically measures tyre pressure, temperature and
rotation direction. By means of RF communication, this pressure, temperature and
rotation direction information is transmitted along with a unique ID to an ECU
(receiver) which is fitted in the car
car.
