Dear Sirs:


             Our product, Card Key MDL B21TG (FCC ID:MOZB21TG), is a transmitter used |
in Keyless Entry System and Panic System of a motor vehicle.        The Card Key is provided
for a vehicle manufacturer as original equipment (OE), and it will be fitted to a motor vehicle
before it is placed in the US market.   For this reason, we, Tokai Rika Co., Ltd., do not issue
any users manual for this product.
